"wild, experimental, genre-hopping...Led by Seattle clarinetist and composer Beth Fleenor, Figeater is an avant garde outfit that uses audience participation to frame live performances. With band lineups that morph from a seven-piece ensemble to an acoustic quartet to an experimental rock foursome, there's no telling what you might be in for at a Figeater show. This maniacal Figeater track features the rockier lineup known as Special Fig which will be performing tonight at Zebulon. With it's mad yelps, frenetic vocals and wild, woozy guitar, "Crazy Lady" lives up to its name." - WNYC
