At the beginning of July I toured with Freehold's Engaged Theatre program, taking Shakespeare's KING LEAR to underserved communities including men, women and youth in prison.
Performances included Washington Correctional Center for Women, McChord Air Force Base, Monroe Correctional Complex, Echo Glen Juvenile Detention Center, in addition to public showings in Seward Park and a multi-night run at the Lee Center.
