Second set features Slaughterhouse 3 (Fleenor, Owcharuk & Kemmish) – performing originals, inspired covers and Slavic folk tunes, flooding the streets with joy, longing and merriment…music for the people.

ALL NATIONS CUP MUSIC TRIBUTE

Jovino Santos Neto created a 4 movement suite of music in honor of the All Nations Cup...the ensemble, dubbed the All Nations Orchestra, was put together especially to present the music.

IT'S EVERYWHERE, JUST PUT YOURSELF THERE

He walked up once to say he really enjoyed my playing. I said thank you. A few minutes later he came back up to me again, his eyes looking at mine intently - "I learned to play the flute and what it was about in 3 days. The first day I learned how to blow air across the mouthpiece to make a sound. The second day I learned a scale. the third day I took LSD and went into the woods - as I played the flute I became a tree and the notes the leaves and the birds came and we sang......I heard that in your music, and I just wanted to let you know that I see it, I hear it, thank you." Days at work are really something quite special...
